Canoeing, paddle wheel boating, putt-putt golf, fishing, archery, tennis, swimming, volleyball, basketball, trail walking, exercise facilities among other things are available to visitors and residents of the ranch. Homesites are located around the 18 hole golf course and lakes on the ranch, as well as throughout the more than 4000 acres of woods in this development.

The residents are made up of weekenders with second homes, retired and working families and individuals. Retired persons are beginning to represent the largest population of full time residents on the ranch. There is a wide range of housing available, starting with very modest housing from $50,000 and ranging to $500,000 and above. There is also a section of the ranch designated for mobile homes. The total population of full and part time residents is about 3,000 to 4,000, living in 2700 houses. The ranch is a fully secured housing area with security gates at the entrances.
